Leadership reports
This is a quick guide for how to access leadership reports on the ReallySchool portal.
Types of leadership reports:
- Whole School Attainment: See the number of pupils at, above and below the expected standard in each of their subjects for each year group.
- SOAP (School on a Page): See End of Key Stage outcomes for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in comparison to the national average and broken down by characteristic groups.
How to access leadership reports
To access leadership reports, first log in to the portal as staff and then select Reports.
Please note, you will only have access to leadership reports if you have been assigned a leadership role by the account administrator, e.g. Head of Year, Deputy Head, EAL lead etc.

Whole school attainment
To access this report, now select Whole School Attainment.

Select New Report and choose the academic year.

From here, you can choose to include pupils that have not been assessed, if desired.
Additionally, you can view the report as number of pupils or percentage of pupils.
Next, choose either Save (keep the options ready for creating the report at a later time), or Save and Generate (load the report now so you can download it as soon as it is ready).
Once the report loads, there will be a download icon next to it in the table. Press this to open the report.
SOAP
To access this report, select Leadership Reports then SOAP.
Please note you will need to have Microsoft Excel or a similar spreadsheet program installed to be able to open this report.
