Progress Reports

This is a quick guide for how to access class and student progress reports on the ReallySchool app and portal.

Types of progress reports available:

  • Baseline: Report for EYFS pupils created from baseline assessments taken on entry.
  • Term: Shows how attainment has changed each half term for the terms selected.
  • End of Year: Shows how attainment has changed each half term for the academic year.

Class progress in-app

To access your class progress reports in-app, first select class progress from the dashboard.

Then, choose your class.

Next, choose your framework and type of report.

For a term report, you can choose to include as many half terms as you like.

Now, choose which subjects/learning areas you want to include in your report.

Finally, select Download.

Student progress in-app

To access your student progress reports in-app, first, select your class from the dashboard.

Select the student of your choice, then select Progress.

Next, choose your framework and type of report.

For a term report, you can choose to include as many half terms as you like.

Now, choose which subjects/learning areas you want to include in your report.

Finally, select Download.

Portal Reports Dashboard

On the ReallySchool portal, there is a Reports Dashboard where you can access all your reports in one place.  Here, you will find Teacher Reports and Leadership Reports.

Teacher Reports include: Class Attainment, Class Progress, Student Reports and Student Journals

Leadership Reports include: Whole School Attainment and SOAP Reports

You have the option to generate multiple student reports at once using the dashboard.

Class progress on the portal

First, select Teacher Reports, then Class Progress.

Next, choose your class.

Choose New Report, which framework you would like and the report type (Baseline, Term, End of Year.)

For a term report, you can select as many terms as you like.

Select your subjects/learning areas.

Next, choose either Save (keep the options ready for creating the report at a later time), or Save and Generate (load the reports now so you can download them as soon as they are ready).

Once the report loads, there will be a download icon next to the report in the table. Press this to open the report.

Student progress on the portal

First, select Teacher Reports, then Student Reports.

Next, choose your class.

Select the student/s of your choice – or use the checkbox to select all.

Choose New ReportProgress, which framework you would like and the report type (Baseline, Term, End of Year.)
