Once an observation has been posted, it will be shared with the parents of the students in that particular observation.

Parents will see this on their child’s timeline on their version of the app and in their child’s PDF journal.

If an observation has been shared with parents in error (or that you no longer want shared), you can select Undo Post from the observation menu.

If a student has worked particularly hard or done something extra special, a teacher can award them with a student badge. We have a range of badges to choose from, in both English and Welsh.

Student badges are awarded in observations.
