Share special individual celebrations
This is a quick guide to how to create and share a student celebration post.
Creating your post
Start by selecting the side bar from your dashboard, then choosing ‘New celebration’ – or select observations, press the + and then the star icon.

Give your celebration a title and select a class.

Select the pupil.

Please note, you cannot add more than one pupil as these posts are to celebrate an individual pupil’s success.
Add text to explain what the achievement was.

As with observations, you can add media to showcase their achievements.

You can also add badges.

Tick to add to the timeline.

Sharing your post
Once your celebration is ready to share, you can choose to ‘Post’ it.

As with observations, you have options such as edit, remove and undo.

What a parent sees
A parent will receive a notification letting them know a celebration has been shared.

They can press on this to view the celebration post. They can tap on images, badges and so on, to view them.

If comments have been enabled, they can give feedback.
