Upload documents
Add PDF, DOC or DOCX documents to observations to evidence learning – or to home learning activities to share resources and information with parents. Documents can be added to both group and individual notes.
Share special individual celebrations
Celebration posts can be shared with parents and carers to highlight an individual pupil’s extra special achievement. Staff can include text notes, attachments and badges to showcase what the pupil has done to receive this award.
Insert external links
Add links to your observation and home learning activities so you can share useful resources, such as YouTube videos, by simply pressing the + link button and pasting in your link. Staff and parents can tap on the thumbnail image to go directly to the link.
Increased Media Limits
To help you gather even more evidence in one place, staff can now add up to 36 photos per observation. Additionally, you can now add four videos per note, so you can have more video capture for individual pupils and groups.
New frameworks ready for Reception 2021
To support Reception staff, the new ELGS for 2021 and beyond have been added to the system for your end–of–year assessments. Additionally, the latest non-statutory Development Matters 2021 guidance and the CoEL framework are also available for you to link into observations and to use to monitor pupil development.
